We as coaches will make sure every player has the best possible time whilst on camp. If any coach sees any child being unpleasant towards any other child, they will be dealt with in the following way:
1st Strike: 1st warning and reminder of rules of camp.
2nd Strike: Child sits out of session for 10 mins, further reminder of rules of camp.
3rd Strike: Players Parent/Guardian will be called to collect player.
Please can all parents make this known to children before they attend camp as we would not want any child to have to leave early.
-
Occasionally, we will capture photographs and videos of the camp's activities, which may be uploaded to our website and shared on our social media platforms for children to view and for promotional purposes.
Please understand that your consent for this is entirely voluntary, and you have the option to decline or request the removal of specific photographs or videos featuring your child(ren) by directly contacting us.
If you do not wish to provide consent for photography and videography during the camp, kindly inform us."

As we know, this can change from day to day, so please check the weather prior to each day bringing appropriate clothing for your child.
If the weather is too bad, we have the full use of the clubhouse (when possible) where each child can stay dry until we are able to go out and carry on with the football fun!
-
The Wandgas has WiFi which is free of charge. If your child is going to bring any electronic device to use during snack break or lunch time, the coaching staff cannot be held responsible for any damages to items, if any occur.
-
There is a new car park system in place now where there is an entry (via Cromwell Road) and a new exit (leading onto Grafton Road). The exit is via an automated gate that will open once you drive up to the exit line on the floor.
Please can ALL parents use these appropriately to avoid any accidents/collisions whilst dropping off and collection.
-
Whilst we want the children to enjoy themselves whilst on camp, we have to adhere to Government & FA guidelines regarding the current pandemic COVID-19 outbreak.
Hand sanitiser stations scattered all over the facility, including sign in and before entering the 3G facility we have to go inside due to poor weather, there will be a restriction of only 6 children to a table at any one time & we will stick to our groups. The Wandgas Sports & Social Club have undertaken an appropriate risk assessment for all activities taking place on site which we will adhere to as the safety of everyone on camp is paramount!
If your child has come into contact with anyone that has Covid-19, a negative lateral flow test will need to be produced before their day on camp.
